What's Inside

"Transformation" is broken up into 3 parts, with each section lasting 10 days.

You'll first focus on identity, then awareness, and finally action.

Part One (Identity): Why You're You

• There is no such thing as "that's just the way I am." You can mold your behavior and change your situation. This section teaches you how. 

• You'll identify your current belief systems, values, attitudes, and behaviors.

• By understanding what you believe in, you can let go of what is no longer serving you.

Part Two (Awareness): Your Larger Purpose

• You can't get to where you want to be if you don't know what it is.

• For 10 days you'll receive prompts to uncover the exact kind of ideal life you're capable of creating. 

• You'll write about your idea of perfect relationships, self-worth, career, and abundance.

Part Three (Action): Building Your Action Plan

• We want to emulate "successful" people but often forget about what isn't captured on camera. 

• These next ten prompts challenge you to build an action plan so you can commit to your goals, yourself, and your purpose.

How to Use this Journal

Here's how "Transformation" works:

• For 30 days you'll receive a prompt via email at 7 AM EST.

• While it is up to your schedule, we strongly encourage you to answer each prompt first thing in the morning. The fewer distractions, the better.

• You can write your answers either on a digital database or in a physical journal. It is up to you. However, certain prompts will have to be written on a sheet of paper.

• You won't be asked just to write. Some days will include networking, stepping outside, and employing the help of external resources.
